Production Mechanic - Device Repairs

• Turning various parts in small series according to drawings (lathe Böhringer VDF DUS 560 / SINUMERIK 840D)
• Milling various parts in small series according to drawings (5-axis milling machine Mori Seiki NMV 5000 and 3-axis milling machine CAMPRO Smart II)
• Programming various turned parts directly on the lathe
• Programming various milled parts using Mastercam 2021
• Surface grinding and cylindrical grinding (Mägerle F100 / Kellenberger UR 175x600)
• Maintenance of devices and operating equipment
• Sales / Quotation processing (not mandatory)
• Purchasing raw materials and tools
• Participation in new developments of prototypes
• Use and expansion of mobile machining

• Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic EFZ
• Experience in turning and milling
• Experience in sales and quotation processing (not mandatory)
• Independent, reliable, and precise working style
• High commitment and flexibility
• Exemplary conduct and enjoyment in customer contact
• Teamwork skills
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Driver's license category B
