The Loogarten Foundation – with around 150 dedicated employees and 20 apprentices and students – cares year-round with heart and professional competence for the well-being of nearly 100 residents. Nestled in a natural environment with a beautiful outdoor area, we create a feel-good atmosphere where one feels safe and welcome.

Activation Specialist 40% - 60% (Thu & Fri fixed)

• Design activation offerings in the dementia ward 🎨🧠🤝
• Implementation of Tovertafel and Snoezelen room in the care offering 🕹️✨🛋️
• Support during training sessions in the physio room 🏋️‍♂️🤸‍♀️💪

• Completed training as an activation specialist (HF, Agere or Lea) 🎓📚
• Professional experience in resource-oriented activation of people with dementia 🧠🤝
• Winning personality with heart & empathy 💖😊🌈
• Digital affinity and good PC skills (Office programs & social media) 💻📱📊
