About the job
The hosts Jörg Gehri & Judith Scherrer run the inns at the Ballenberg Open-Air Museum. During the summer months from April to October, 200,000 guests visit the museum. With fresh Swiss cuisine and warm hospitality, we want to cater to the visitors in the inns.Is it your strength to pamper our guests thoroughly? Then you will find the right challenge with us.
Job profile
• Organizing the processes in the restaurant according to specifications

Qualifications
• Professional training in gastronomy
• Leadership experience
• Enjoy working in a collegial team
• Willingness to work on weekends
• Very good knowledge of German (additional language skills are an advantage)
• Enthusiasm and resilience
