- The CPNE is the reference actor for professional training offers in the canton of Neuchâtel. We offer training and support at different levels of professional training (initial training, higher education, and continuing education).
As a teacher, you design, develop, and deliver teaching in the field of social work and social education.
You assess and supervise trainees as a professional practice referent and as a mentor for diploma work.
Additionally, you lead and supervise module validation work and participate in the development of theoretical and methodological teachings within the training plan of the social domain ES tracks.
At the same time, you contribute to the construction and evolution of professional training in the social domain at the higher education school.
Finally, you collaborate and participate in the working groups of the pole.
Holder of a tertiary level degree (ES/HES) in social education, curative pedagogy, or equivalent, you have solid experience in supporting service beneficiaries.
You have confirmed experience in supporting elderly people, in psychiatry, more specifically people with disabilities. You can provide evidence of continuing education in these areas.
Furthermore, you are trained in professional pedagogy or willing to follow on-the-job training.
You have a strong interest in professional training, the evolution of the world of work, pedagogy, and digital tools.
Endowed with organizational and planning skills, you know how to carry out your tasks autonomously and in a collaborative spirit.
Thanks to your agility, you are able to work on several projects simultaneously and demonstrate responsiveness, adaptability, and proactivity in the face of changes.
Finally, you live in Switzerland, in accordance with the legal requirements for public office holders.
