ICT Support 1st/2nd Level 100% (m/f)
Tasks
- IT support – first and second level support for infrastructure and user problems, quick and solution-oriented assistance
- Analysis & diagnosis – root cause analysis of IT problems and sustainable resolution
- Workstation management – administration and support of around 200 Windows workstations
- User & permission management – management of users, rights, and printers in a Microsoft AD environment
- Procurement & hardware management – acquisition and management of IT equipment
- Coordination of external partners – collaboration with service providers for smooth IT infrastructure
- Onboarding new employees – setting up workstations and introduction to IT systems
- Documentation & instructions – creation and maintenance of helpful IT guides
- Project support – opportunity to participate in exciting IT projects
Profile
- IT expertise – completed vocational training in IT and experience in 1st/2nd level support
- Microsoft know-how – very good knowledge of Windows, O365, and administration of MS Active Directory
- Strong communication skills – fluent German as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
- Service orientation – friendly, confident demeanor and enjoyment in dealing with users
- Analytical thinking – structured and solution-oriented working method with an eye for the essentials
- Entrepreneurial thinking – networked, proactive approach with quick comprehension
