Internship : UX / UI Designer

We are the Digital Agency of ELCA, a team of around 70 specialists in digital strategy, UX, UI design, web & mobile development, and digital marketing.
We design and deliver ambitious digital experiences for leading Swiss clients, always placing the user at the center of every project.
As part of our growth, we are looking for a UX/UI Design Intern to join our team based in Lausanne.

Your mission
Under the guidance of our Senior UX Designers, you will actively contribute to client projects:
•    Designing information architectures and user flows
•    Creating wireframes and interactive prototypes (Figma)
•    Designing interfaces (UI design, design systems)
•    Participating in client workshops
•    Contributing to the continuous improvement of our UX methodologies
•    Supporting pre-sales and proposal activities
You will work on real projects with tangible impact.

Your profile
•    Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX/UI, Interaction Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (e.g., ECAL, HEAD, Eracom or similar institutions)
•    Strong interest in user experience and digital products
•    First experience through an internship and/or personal project in UX & UI design for web and/or mobile digital products
•    Good command of Figma
•    Strong attention to detail and solid visual culture
•    Analytical mindset and curiosity
•    Comfortable in French and English; German is a plus
•    Motion design skills are a plus
•    Initial experience using GenAI tools within UX & UI processes is a plus

A portfolio (including academic work) is required.

6-month internship with a valid internship agreement from your school required.
