Key information about the position:
Reference: CLS/RH/2026.748 / Contract type: Permanent contract from 80 to 100% / Hours: Monday to Friday, mainly 12-hour shifts (7am-8pm) and occasionally 8:30-hour shifts / Start date: as soon as we find the right person / Location: in the heart of Lausanne (M2 stop "Riponne" or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop "Beaulieu-Jomini")

We invite you to join our cardiology unit to participate in welcoming, preparing, and monitoring patients before and after their exams or interventions, while contributing to demanding technical care in a collaborative environment.
What will you be expected to do?
- Ensure the reception, preparation, and follow-up of patients before and after cardiology exams or interventions (coronary angiography, angioplasty, stent placement, pacemaker, etc.), ensuring their comfort and the quality of the caregiver relationship.
- Clinically monitor patients in the post-intervention phase, detect signs of possible complications, and intervene appropriately in coordination with the medical team.
- Perform ECG monitoring and accurately recognize rhythm disorders.
- Carry out specialized technical care (venous access placement, hemodynamic monitoring, medication administration, management of specific dressings), in accordance with cardiology protocols.
- Actively collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coherent and personalized care.
- Strictly ensure the application of hygiene and safety standards.

Essentials:
- Hold a nursing diploma HES or an equivalent title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
- Have experience in cardiology in a specialized unit, interventional cardiology, or continuous/intermediate care
- Provide quality reception and support for patients and their relatives
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Show initiative and autonomy in organizing care
- Demonstrate composure, organization, and responsiveness in acute clinical situations
- Communicate clearly, structured, and kindly in a demanding care environment
Your assets:
- Master clinical monitoring of cardiology patients and care before and after exams or interventions
- Perform specialized technical care rigorously (cardiac monitoring, infusions, exam preparation, etc.)
- Master ECG monitoring and recognition of rhythm disorders
- Show a strong interest in the evolution of practices and technologies in cardiology
