About the job
Portrait of the School/Institution
Around 300 students attend the Schulen Sigriswil. They are taught from kindergarten to 9th grade by about 40 teachers at a total of 5 locations (Sigriswil, Merligen, Felden, Aeschlen, and Schwanden).
Our Sek1 is mixed-level and organized as an AdL model. It is important to us that teachers teach as large a portion as possible in their classes. When supporting SOL and PU, they also act as learning coaches. Extracurricular learning locations must not be neglected.

Tasks
As a teacher in the Cycle 3 team, you are motivated to plan, conduct, and further develop lessons together with the other teachers. As a learning coach, you accompany our students for three years in various learning settings. You also teach in team teaching.
Currently, we are looking for language-enthusiastic teachers who would also like to work in other subject settings.
Requirements
You are a trained teacher for Sek1 or in training for it. Teaching in AdL brings you great joy. New teaching methods make you "eager". Together with the other teachers, you continuously develop the lessons.
You are a humorous person and laugh a lot and gladly.
