Chef de Partie à la Carte 100% (m/f/d)
For our à la carte restaurant Hotel Pilatus Kulm, we are looking for you – a motivated Chef de Partie who leads their station with skill and passion. You bring your experience, keep an overview even in stressful moments, and ensure first-class dishes. If you want to be part of a dedicated kitchen team, we look forward to your application!
What you can achieve
- Preparation of à la carte dishes as well as daily menus for the restaurants in Hotel Pilatus-Kulm
- Creation of the entire mise en place
- Orders for your own area
- Assistance with banquets and special events
- Monitoring compliance with hygiene regulations
- Late shift twice a week (including overnight stay on the mountain)
