Who we are
The Breitenhof Center includes a senior center with around 95 residents with different care and nursing needs as well as a day care KitS for children and seniors.

Head of Administration

What we are looking for you for:
- Leadership including responsibility for administration, a total of 5 people
- Project and process work in the areas of finance, human resources, IT and reception
- Ensuring, further developing and optimizing existing processes and standards in administration
- Supporting corporate development throughout the company
- Professional and operational support in the areas of finance and HR
- Management of material contracts and insurance in the administrative area
- Promote and accompany digitization
- IT and data protection officer
- Coordinate marketing measures
- Compliance with and ensuring legal requirements and internal guidelines
- Creating reports for the strategic level
You fit with us because you bring the following requirements:
- Business administration training and experience in accounting/controlling
- Experience in finance, HR, IT, reception as well as project management
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in a similar position
- Very good IT skills
- Confident appearance and a fine sense for dealing with people as well as negotiation skills
- Very good written and spoken German skills as well as a very good understanding of the dialect language
- High social and communication skills, confident appearance, discretion and resilience
- Independent, reliable and structured way of working
- Helpful and competent
