For 49 years, we have developed leading in-vitro diagnostic products (IVD) that hospitals and private medical laboratories trust worldwide. We employ over 150 staff, 140 of whom are in Schönenbuch. To strengthen our production team, we are looking for you as Production Operator I (m/f/d) 100%. In this operational role, you will produce high-quality reagents for our diagnostic products, support the production processes, and ensure order and quality in the laboratory environment. You report directly to the Head of Production I. Your tasks - Your opportunity - Production of BÜHLMANN products according to internal specifications and applicable standards (ISO, IVD, GMP)
  • Clean, complete documentation of all production steps
  • Responsibility for the maintenance of production equipment, laboratory rooms, and the
raw material warehouse
  • Support in troubleshooting in the production process
  • Participation in optimizations and efficiency improvements in production
  • Support in cleanroom production (Production II)
  • Active participation in compliance with safety and hygiene standards
  • Operation of machines as well as execution of purely manual work steps
Your profile - What you bring
  • Completed training as a laboratory technician, laboratory assistant, or pharmacist
  • Experience working under GMP, GLP, or comparable regulatory requirements
  • Good IT skills (MS Office, email, internet)
  • Very good German language skills, both spoken and written; English skills are an advantage
  • Reliable, careful, independent, and team-oriented personality
  • Willingness to work shifts (required)
