Bülach – since 1384 a city with tradition. Today the prosperous and growing center of the Zurich lowlands with around 24,500 inhabitants. It maintains an administrative culture in which customer orientation and appreciation of employees are central. The city of Bülach continuously implements the changes of the new supplementary benefits ordinance at the municipal level. To strengthen the needs assessment office, we are looking for a from April 1, 2026 or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Clarification of the needs of the elderly population in the form of outreach counseling, among other things regarding the social environment, health issues, household, relief of caregiving relatives
- Information and counseling of those affected and their relatives, with the aim that they can live at home as independently and self-determined as possible
- Support in the organization and triage of help and care services
Your profile
- Training as a nursing specialist (HF or FH) or equivalent training
- Further training in geriatrics, communication, case management or similar is an advantage
- Experience in outreach counseling (e.g. Spitex experience)
- Knowledge of service providers in the elderly sector in the Zurich lowlands is an advantage
- Strong social skills, communication skills, and empathy
- Enjoy working independently
- Resilient and team-oriented personality
