Your responsibilities
- Holding the assigned position in hot or cold kitchen
- Approximately 200 covers
- Setup at the respective station
- General cleaning tasks
- Compliance with legal hygiene and safety standards
- Participate in the organization of internal/external events
- General tidying and cleaning tasks
- Participate in safety
Your profile
- Apprenticeship in cooking or equivalent training with experience in catering
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in plated and banquet catering, knowledge of corporate catering
- Very good knowledge of French and good knowledge of English
- Excellent team spirit
- Good physical constitution and stress resistance
- Autonomy, creativity, flexibility
- Ability to transfer knowledge
