You work 100% in Zug and partially remote
This position offers you
- You are responsible for the management and provision of appropriate infrastructure materials such as office furniture, houseplants, and much more
- This also includes the procurement of appropriate furniture as well as the independent handling of internal infrastructure requests
- You plan and implement office layouts and are responsible for procuring the respective infrastructure items; in addition, you plan and accompany renovations and relocations in this regard
- At events, you organize them with regard to infrastructure aspects and ensure the provision of furniture, while actively supporting the setup yourself
You bring the following to the position
- You have a vocational diploma EFZ (e.g., facility management specialist) and several years of experience in facility management, ideally in an industrial environment
- As a service-oriented personality with an innovative and open mindset, you recognize the needs of your internal stakeholders and deliver tailored solutions
- Your working style is characterized by very high independence, so you are used to working independently, goal-oriented, and responsibly
- As a team player, you work helpfully and in mutual support with your colleagues and always keep the well-being of the entire company in mind; a driver's license (category B), very good German skills, and ideally good English skills complete your profile

Infrastructure is a sub-area of the Operation Department. You can expect a varied, demanding, and exciting activity in a motivated team – from providing office furniture to organizing events. You will be introduced to your diverse tasks during a thorough onboarding period. The independent and goal-oriented work in an interdisciplinary environment makes this task particularly exciting.
