Your tasks
- You support the ward management in leading the various areas in the central emergency department
- Together with the ward management, you are responsible for personnel planning and development
- Patient-oriented actions and competent admission of patients (m/f/d) and assessment according to Manchester triage
- Professional initial care and qualified treatment of emergency patients (m/f/d)
- Participation and assistance in diagnostics and therapy
- Ensuring nursing and process quality with the associated measures
- Cooperative collaboration with all professional groups involved in the treatment process
- Economic thinking and acting
Your profile
- Completed training as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d)
- Further training to become a ward manager or willingness to complete it
- You are responsible and enjoy working independently in a multiprofessional team
- Flexibility and commitment are a matter of course for you
- You possess pronounced communication skills as well as excellent manners
