Your Role
We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our Primary School from August 2026.
You will create a nurturing, inquiry-based classroom that supports children aged 5–11 in becoming curious, confident and caring learners. This role is ideal for a reflective international educator who is passionate about student wellbeing, inquiry and inclusive education.
What makes you our ideal Candidate
- High school diploma required and qualifications in education desirable
- At least 5 years’ experience in small children, in classroom or educational settings preferred.
- Passion for working with children and supporting their social, emotional, and academic growth.
- Fluency in English (oral and written) is required; German and/or other languages are desirable.
- Ability to take initiative and actively participate in all aspects of school life.
- Patience, flexibility, strong work ethic, and a sense of humour.
- Excellent communication, organisation and teamwork skills
- A warm, reflective and student-centred approach
