Your profile:
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in operating compaction machines from 2.5 to 14 tons and laying bituminous coatings
- Possession of or willingness to obtain the M6 machine operator license
- Autonomy, rigor, and ability to work in a team
- Flexibility regarding working hours (sometimes irregular work)
- Team spirit and organizational skills

Your main tasks:
- Driving and handling the roller, compactor on various sites
- Coordination with the ground team for optimal application
- First-level maintenance and servicing of the machine
- Compliance with safety instructions and quality standards
