Operator I, Manufacturing

Function Summary: Efficient, timely, and GMP-compliant preparation, execution, and completion of manufacturing and packaging orders, including in-process controls (IPCs) and cleaning of equipment and machine parts.

Your Responsibilities:

• Efficient, timely, and GMP-compliant preparation, execution, and completion of manufacturing and packaging orders, including in-process controls (IPCs).
• Efficient and GMP-compliant cleaning of equipment and machine parts as well as production rooms.
• GMP-compliant documentation of the work performed.
• Adherence to specific regulations in the manufacturing and packaging of clinical trial samples, especially GMP rules, hygiene and safety regulations, and the relevant standard operating procedures (SOPs) and order instructions.
• Ensuring active, timely, and appropriate communication of progress and difficulties to colleagues and supervisors.
• Active participation in identifying, communicating, and solving problems and inefficiencies, as well as in improvement opportunities.

Your Profile:

• Preferably completed apprenticeship in a relevant field.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry.
• GMP experience or training is an advantage.
• Proficiency in the German language, both spoken and written.
• Ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with colleagues and supervisors in German (spoken and written).
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently, even under stress and in a multicultural environment.
• IT skills (Microsoft Office) are an advantage.
• Flexibility for shift work.

Operator I, Manufacturing
Zusammenfassung der Funktion:
Effiziente, zeitgerechte und GMP-gerechte Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Abschluss von Herstellungs- und 
Verpackungsaufträgen inkl. Durchführung von Inprozess-Kontrollen (IPCs), sowie Durchführung der Reinigung von Ausrüstungsund Maschinenteilen.
Ihre Aufgaben:
• Effiziente, zeitgerechte und GMP-gerechte Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Abschluss von Herstellungs- und 
Verpackungsaufträgen inkl. Durchführung von Inprozess-Kontrollen (IPCs)
• Effiziente und GMP-gerechte Durchführung der Reinigung von Ausrüstungs- und Maschinenteilen sowie von den 
Produktionsräumen
• GMP-gerechtes Dokumentieren der durchgeführten Arbeiten
• Einhaltung der spezifischen Vorschriften bei der Herstellung und Verpackung von klinischen Prüfmustern, 
insbesondere der GMP-Regeln, Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften und der jeweils relevanten 
Standardarbeitsanweisungen (SOPs) und Auftragsinstruktionen
• Sicherstellung der aktiven, zeitnahen und angemessenen Kommunikation von Fortschritten und Schwierigkeiten 
an den Kollegen und Vorgesetzten 
• Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Identifizierung, Kommunikation und Lösung von Problemen und Ineffizienz sowie bei 
Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten
Ihr Profil:
• Vorzugsweise abgeschlossene Lehre in einem für die Stelle relevanten Bereich 
• Erfahrung in der Pharma- oder Lebensmittelindustrie
• GMP-Erfahrung oder –Ausbildung vom Vorteil
• Beherrschung der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
• Befähigung zur angemessener, guter Kommunikation mit Kollegen und Vorgesetzten in deutscher 
Sprache (Wort und Schrift)
• Fähigkeit, Zeitvorgaben einzuhalten
• Befähigung zum selbständigen Arbeiten auch unter Stress und in einem multikulturellen Umfeld 
• IT-Kenntnisse (Microsoft Office) vom Vorteil 
• Flexibilität zur Schichtarbeit
