Residential Area Manager 100% – Storchennest Residential Group Location Reinach/BL
Your area of responsibility:As Residential Area Manager, you are responsible for the personnel, organizational, and administrative management of the Storchennest residential group, which consists of a team of 5 employees and 8 young people.
With the given resources, you bear responsibility for case management of the assigned clients. In addition, you ensure efficient and effective use of financial resources and are responsible for the appropriate management of the infrastructure.
Externally, you maintain contact with the referring clients and coordinate the system contacts of the assigned clients. In consultation and on behalf of the educational management, as well as in cooperation with various committees, you are responsible for implementing the educational concept, the administrative concerns of the Storchennest residential group, and networking.
Furthermore, you are willing to take on regular on-call duties for the entire institution (approximately 3 times a year for one week).
What you bring with you:You have a degree in social pedagogy HF/FH and several years of experience in leadership practice. You bring proven expertise in working with young people.
As a leader, you organize operational processes and ensure the execution and security of the assigned clients (case management process delegated to subordinate employees). In addition, you are a resilient, curious, and humorous person with heart and a resource-oriented attitude. Conceptual skills as well as networked thinking in the further development of processes and service offerings complete your profile.
A category B driving license would be an advantage.
