Your tasks
- Run & change tasks for our financing applications in a Dev/Ops environment
- Customer-centered analysis of business requirements and their feasibility
- Creating requirement specifications or creating use cases, features, stories, GUI prototypes
- Developing and evaluating solution approaches
- Creating detailed specifications and accompanying the IT implementation
- Defining and executing test cases
- Organizing, moderating, and conducting workshops
Your profile
- Degree in business informatics, business administration, business analysis/engineering (university, university of applied sciences, college)
- Several years of experience as a business engineer/analyst, preferably in a bank and ideally in the financing area
- Knowledge of agile project management methods (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills for analyzing complex contexts and dependencies
- Open-minded and empathetic personality with team player qualities, high independence, and strong self-motivation
- Positive attitude as well as solution-oriented and straightforward manner
- Enjoy working with employees from other units (IT, product management, sales, etc.)
- Very good oral and written expression in German
