To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged employee* in product development and quality assurance 80-100% immediately or by arrangement.

Workplace: Bühler / Gontenbad

Your tasks are:

• Development and optimization of products: creating recipes, preparing declarations, clarifying food law questions
• Conducting test series, shelf life and sensory tests as well as consumer and market tests
• Responsibility for subprojects: from the idea to market launch
• Observing market and consumer trends, contributing innovation impulses
• Participating in product management: supporting evaluations and analyses within portfolio management
• Monitoring and controlling quality in the company according to test planning
• Ensuring that new and existing products meet Goba's quality and sustainability requirements
• Participation in the food safety system (HACCP) and maintaining certifications (IFS, food safety, service standards)
• Support during audits and further development of the quality management system
• Close cooperation with marketing, production, sales, and purchasing as well as external specialist offices

You bring with you:

• Completed studies or training in food technology
• Good knowledge of food law, sensory methodology, beverage production, and quality assurance systems (IFS, HACCP)
• Experience with laboratory activities, analyses, and hygienic processes in production
• Independent, structured, precise, and documentation-secure working style
• Creativity, innovative spirit, and a sense for trends
• Teamwork skills, communication strength, and enjoyment in collaborating with various interfaces
• Project management skills as well as business thinking, perseverance to reliably bring projects to completion
