• You check the heating/operating costs and property statements from various portfolios (prepared by accounting)
• You handle the clarifications arising in this context with authorities, third parties, etc.
• You are responsible for coordinating and conducting heating/operating cost inspections by tenants
• You represent the owner vis-à-vis tenants in disputes over ancillary costs and in resulting conciliation negotiations
• You ensure timely collection in cooperation with accounting and prepare installment agreements
• You assist in clearing tenant accounts and help with the processing of collection cases
• You support higher-level administrative tasks and control activities

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent education
• You bring several years of professional experience in real estate accounting or property management
• You hold a Swiss Federal Certificate in Property Management or an equivalent further education in the real estate sector
• Your native language is German and you can communicate orally and in writing in additional languages advantageously
• You have good knowledge of Swiss tenancy law
• You have an analytical mindset and enjoy working with numbers and IT systems
• You have a high customer orientation and maintain a partnership-based approach
• You think and act entrepreneurially and have pleasant manners
