Job Description
In this position, you actively contribute to the quality and reliability of outpatient billing. You are involved in the entire process, working closely with medical teams, nursing staff, and external partners.
Your main responsibilities are as follows:
- prepare invoices for outpatient patients and ensure their timely dispatch,
- process and justify billing refusals with insurance companies,
- respond professionally and service-oriented to requests and complaints from patients and insurers,
- participate in the development and improvement of billing forms in collaboration with doctors and nursing teams,
- perform regular checks and propose improvements on billed services,
- ensure the updating of service catalogs (TARDOC, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, laboratory, etc.),
- establish doctors’ fees with rigor and precision
Qualifications
You have a recognized commercial training and ideally solid experience in medical billing, enabling you to work independently and reliably.
You meet the following profile:
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification,
- Federal certificate in social insurance or health insurance is an asset,
- several years of mandatory experience in billing in a medical environment, with very good knowledge of TARMED, TARDOC, and outpatient flat rates,
- comfortable with common IT tools; knowledge of Opale is an advantage,
- initiative, ease of integration, and adaptability,
- ability to work independently, with anticipation, rigor, and discretion.
