• Main responsibility for taking orders for all meals and drinks using the menu recording and ordering system
• Competent and individual advice and service to patients directly in the patient room while adhering to the specified nutritional guidelines and patient wishes
• Mise en place for all meals and beverage service
• Independent management of the assigned department ensuring professional service processes
• Responsibility for compliance with the HACCP guidelines in the satellite kitchens in the departments

• You have completed your training in hospitality or housekeeping and ideally bring relevant professional experience
• You have a high willingness to serve as well as skill and joy in dealing with patients
• You possess high social competence, empathy, teamwork skills, and an independent working style
• You have a flair for IT systems (e.g., Sanalogic) and speak good German and understand dialect
• Willingness to work weekend and holiday shifts
