Your tasks

• Recording financial transactions and accounting operations in the registers with monitoring of accounting books
• Management of payments and supplier accounting (invoice and purchase order verification, etc.)
• Management of debtor accounts (collections, payment follow-up, etc.)
• Correspondence with various administrative bodies
• Control and validation of documents
• Preparation of financial reports (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement) to monitor the company's financial performance
• Preparation of closings
• Assistance in cash management (by performing bank reconciliations, preparing supplier payments, and processing member collections.)
• Participation in financial analysis (costs, budgets, profitability, etc.)
• Preparation of reports on current operations for the head of accounting
• Manage accounting archives to enable traceability and information retrieval
• Support for the collections department

What you bring

• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent, supplemented by continuing education in accounting
• French level: C2 / German is an asset 
• Experience in a similar position desired
• Excellent communication skills
• Initiative, you are a committed and organized personality with good stress management
• Ability to work independently while being comfortable in a team
• Excellent knowledge of IT tools such as: MS Office
