• Instrumenting and assisting in all surgical procedures
• Proper preparation and operation of necessary devices, instruments, and sterile goods

• Training as a certified specialist in surgical technology HF or certified nursing specialist with further education FA OP
• Knowledge in several specialties such as: visceral and general surgery, traumatology, orthopedics, gynecology, obstetrics, urology, plastic surgery, ENT and hand surgery or willingness to learn
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing tasks and situations, open-minded, resilient, and flexible
