What you will achieve with us

• Overall project management: Thanks to your solid experience, you lead and control demanding architecture and interior architecture projects in existing buildings across all SIA phases with a construction volume of around CHF 7 million.
• Cost and schedule management: You take over cost and schedule management and ensure the quality of implementation.
• Preparation of project documents: You are responsible for the entire project documentation in collaboration with the project team.
• Contact person for the client: You accompany and advise the client throughout the entire project process.
• Team spirit: You ensure the further development and coaching of younger employees and represent our office internally and externally with your attitude.

Qualifications

What you bring

• Solid professional experience: You have at least 7 years of experience in project management in the DACH region (advantageous 5 years in Switzerland) as well as a degree in interior architecture or architecture.
• Project and specialist competence: You bring pronounced skills in design, execution, and overall project management of complex interior fit-out projects.
• Work style: You like to take responsibility, work in a structured manner, have a high aesthetic and design standard, and combine it with your proficient technical and constructive knowledge.
• Personality profile: You are committed, communicative, and actively shape the culture and working methods of our office with your interdisciplinary mindset.
• Program and language skills: You have good knowledge of project and construction management tools (Messerli Bauadmin), Creative Adobe, MS Office, and preferably ArchiCad. In addition, you have very good German skills in spoken and written form. Good English skills in spoken and written form are an advantage.
