- You are willing to pursue further specialized training and regularly reflect on your mediation practice
- You possess strong mediation and communication skills, and your life experience enables you to handle all parties involved in proceedings confidently and sensitively, even in difficult conflict situations
- You have a structured, reliable, and independent working style characterized by empathy and a human-centered optimistic attitude
- You are a humorous, resilient, and decisive personality, and your strengths include absolute integrity and discretion
What we offer:
- In this varied, demanding, and meaningful role within an interdisciplinary environment, you play a key role as a mediator in the establishment and implementation of a new specialist unit
- You are part of a highly motivated team while working with a great deal of personal responsibility and scope for creativity
