• Overall responsibility for operational procurement
• Leadership, development, and motivation of the purchasing team
• Negotiation of framework agreements and conditions with national and international suppliers
• Ensuring material availability considering costs, quality, and deadlines
• Risk management in the supply chain (e.g., dependencies, bottlenecks)
• Introduction and further development of processes, KPIs, and digital purchasing solutions
• Building and maintaining long-term, partnership-based relationships with agricultural and primary producers

• Purchasing manager with a federal diploma or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in purchasing/procurement, ideally several years in a leadership role, preferably in the food or agricultural sector
• Sound knowledge in strategic purchasing and supplier management
• Experience in contract and price negotiations
• Confident handling of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office
• Fluent German and English skills, French is an advantage
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Assertiveness combined with negotiation skills
