To strengthen our newly created dementia team in Reinach, we are looking for you as
SRK Nursing Assistant or Health and Social Assistant Dementia Area (50-60%)
What to expect:
- Day shifts from Monday to Friday including public holidays
- Support for our clients and their relatives in dealing with dementia diseases
- Basic care of our clients with dementia in stable situations in their familiar living environment
- Primary caregiver in an individually adapted setting
- Promotion of independence and quality of life of our clients
- Recording and forwarding changes to the responsible nursing professional
- Taking over household tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment
What you bring:
- SRK Basic Nursing Course Certificate or Federal Vocational Certificate AGS
- Several years of professional experience working with people with dementia
- Very good oral and written German skills
- High sensitivity and empathy
- An independent, responsible way of working
- Flexibility and initiative
- Willingness to travel by car
