Position: Legal Intern
Location: Zurich, Switzerland
Duration: 3 – 6 months
Reports to: Managing Partner
Internship Objective
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented legal intern to support our team in a variety of legal matters. This internship offers you the unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic legal environment and work closely with lawyers and partners.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis on Swiss and international legal issues
- Draft and review legal memoranda, internal summaries, and case notes
- Assist in preparing client presentations, legal documents, and contracts
- Support lawyers in ongoing cases, transactions, and regulatory matters
- Assist in compliance with internal legal and administrative procedures
- Participate in internal meetings and legal briefings
- Provide administrative and organizational support as needed
Requirements
- Recently completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law (MLaw) with a grade point average of 5.5 or higher (on the Swiss 6.0 scale)
- Demonstrated interest in corporate law, litigation, or international legal matters
- Excellent skills in analysis, research, and writing
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, high-performance team
