Do you have the following background?
- You have completed your commercial training, preferably in a technical company
- You bring several years of experience in internal sales or customer service, background in gastronomy is an advantage
- Your confident German and good knowledge of the French language are an absolute must
- You enjoy daily contact with customers throughout Switzerland (by phone and email)
- It is said about you that you are team-oriented, responsible, and have a precise way of working. In addition, you work independently and are flexible.
- We expect an understanding of technical drawings as well as enthusiasm for technical products, as well as interest in simple drawing programs like CAD or similar

What a working day with us includes for you
- Creating project-related offers, focusing on technical implementation
- Comprehensive customer support from project planning to project implementation
- Coordination and deadline monitoring of internal and external orders (resource planning)
- Coordination point between national customers, the field sales team, and the external workshop
- Participation in cross-departmental projects (development, purchasing, sales, and quality assurance)
