Your new role
As a team leader, you are responsible for the professional, personnel, and operational management of your employees. The lawn care group, consisting of eight people, maintains an area of around 36 ha and is thus jointly responsible for the maintenance of the city's green spaces. Your main task is the care of the city's natural turf fields with mowing, aeration, deep loosening, overseeding, sand application, etc., as well as the maintenance of artificial turf pitches. You are also the contact person for various stakeholder groups.
This position is for you if
- You have training as a gardener EFZ with specialized further education as a gardener with a federal certificate of competence, master gardener, or head greenkeeper and have experience in sports field maintenance.
- You can demonstrate several years of leadership experience and are familiar with administrative tasks.
- Team orientation, reliability, and independence are among your strengths.
