We are looking for an experienced personality as an interim solution for our IT leadership at Implenia headquarters in Opfikon from June 1 to September 30, 2026. In this role, you will report directly to the CIO and receive a unique opportunity to gain deep insights into the strategic management of a leading Swiss real estate and construction service provider. The position is limited due to temporary absences.
Your responsibilities:
- In this exciting role, you conduct ad-hoc analyses on complex issues and support fact-based management decisions in direct exchange with the Group CIO
- You monitor strategic initiatives and ensure they are implemented on time and successfully
- You act as the central contact person, coordinator, and contributor in the areas of governance, financial control, as well as partner and vendor management, in close collaboration with the respective teams
- Creating high-quality presentations, reporting decks from decision templates to strategy presentations for C-level and important stakeholder meetings is part of your responsibilities
Your profile:
- You have a completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in a relevant field and several years of professional experience in IT strategy and governance, ideally with a consulting background
- You possess strong analytical thinking skills, quickly grasp complex topics, and think in a structured and interconnected way
- Creating presentations and documents for C-level executives is one of your strengths and brings you joy
- You are proactive, communicative, and enjoy preparing complex topics in an understandable way
- You are based in Zurich; very good German skills in spoken and written form are a prerequisite
