- You take responsibility for holistic, professionally sound nursing and accompany our patients with commitment and heart.
- As the leader of a nursing group, you lead your team of nursing assistants, care assistants, students, and trainees with overview, team spirit, and sensitivity.
- You confidently manage the nursing process – supported by our digital clinical information system – and ensure precise, comprehensible documentation.
- Together with the team, you rethink nursing: you contribute ideas, actively shape processes, and continuously develop quality.
- As a mentor, you accompany and support students and trainees on their way into the nursing profession.
What you need to be successful:
- You are a certified nurse (HF/FH) or close to graduation and ideally have already gained experience in acute care.
- You find the broad medical spectrum of a family-oriented peripheral hospital exciting and enriching.
- You treat people with respect and appreciation because the best possible care for our patients is your top priority.
- You work carefully, conscientiously, and gladly take responsibility.
- Further development is a matter of course for you, and you want to continuously expand your skills.
- Fluent German completes your profile (if your diploma is in a foreign language, you bring a B2 diploma).
