Do you want to lead and further develop a team that makes a relevant, controlling contribution to the IT security of Zürcher Kantonalbank? Then we are looking for you as the team leader of the IT Security Governance team. With your team, you are responsible for the guidelines that lead to a secure ICT landscape. Your team ensures transparency in compliance with these guidelines through methods and tools that you continuously develop. Embedded in the IT security organization, you maintain good collaboration within IT, with the CISO in the risk organization, and the business.
Your tasks
- Lead and further develop the IT Security Governance team, consisting of 8 employees
- Maintain and further develop the guidelines: from secure development to secure operation of ICT systems
- Monitor compliance with guidelines using various methods (e.g., assessments, evaluation of penetration tests, indicators, and metrics)
- Further develop processes and tools to ensure compliance with guidelines
- Support IT with questions about the guidelines and work closely with our security architects
- Lead the "Third Party Cyber Risk Management" process with the goal of monitoring critical IT service providers from evaluation to contract end
- Report to the superior IT and risk management and regularly coordinate with the CISO and other stakeholders
Your profile
- Completed higher education in computer science (HF, FH, ETH, University) or equivalent further education and/or certifications
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in IT security, especially in building and operating a control framework
- Experience in the financial services environment or other regulated industries
- Solid knowledge in IT, IT security, and common standards (e.g., ISO 27001/2, BSI Basic Protection, NIST Cyber Framework)
- Strong leadership and communication skills as well as the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Analytical thinking, methodical approach, and high problem-solving competence
- Fluent German and English skills in speaking and writing (at least C1)
