CeramTec Schweiz GmbH (a company of the CeramTec Group) based in Spreitenbach (AG) is one of the technological world market leaders in the field of dental implants made of high-performance ceramics. We carry out in-house development as well as production and distribute our high-quality medical products domestically and abroad.

Quality Manager Medical Technology (m/f/d) – 100%
Your tasks
In this position, you are responsible for ensuring the quality of the products regarding function, safety, and compliance with normative requirements during their development and manufacturing phases. This includes the following tasks:
- Co-design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the quality management system including process landscape according to ISO13485
- Evaluation of quality events, definition and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA evaluation and processing) in close coordination with adjacent departments
- Execution and review of product releases
- Review and participation in the development of new and modification of existing products and processes with the aim that projects meet internal and external requirements
- Participation in risk, complaint, and document management
- Monitoring developments in relevant standards, regulations, and recommendations
- Support and execution of internal and external audits
- Participation in supplier management
Your profile
- Successfully completed scientific/technical studies or a completed vocational training with further education in quality management
- Professional experience in quality management in the medical device sector (ISO 13485)
- Good knowledge of common standards (e.g., ISO 13485, ISO 14971, ISO 10993, etc.)
- Experience with medical device regulations (MDR, 21 CFR Part 820)
- Very good English and German skills
- Reliable, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style
- Very good quality understanding, high initiative, strong communication skills, and assertiveness
