THYON - A Restaurant Manager
To complete our teams for the 2025/2026 season, Thyon is looking for its "Catering" department:
Your missions:
- Manage the organizational, managerial, and financial management of the point of sale
- Supervise the team and establish schedules according to the CCNT
- Anticipate and organize the service as well as customer reception based on attendance forecasts
- Manage stocks and orders taking into account peak periods and operating hours
- Ensure compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP) and workplace safety
- Control the safety of installations: cooking appliances, refrigerators, freezers, etc.
- Monitor statistics and analyze weekly results
- On-site accommodation and license provided by the employer
- Supervise the team and establish schedules according to the CCNT

Your profile:
- Diploma from a recognized hotel school or equivalent training
- Experienced professional with excellent mastery of reception, service, kitchen, and dining room work, customer satisfaction oriented
- Experience in managing a seasonal mountain establishment is an asset
- Versatile, available, and flexible with working hours
- Ability to manage stress and prioritize effectively
- Strong leadership, sense of supervision, team motivation, and cohesion
- Sense of profitability, mastery of costs and classic and specific IT tools
- Ability to adapt to mountain climatic and environmental conditions
- Experienced professional with excellent mastery of reception, service, kitchen, and dining room work, customer satisfaction oriented
