To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an employee with proven professional and industry experience in the field of advertising technology.

What to expect
You advise our customers by phone, in writing, and in person, calculate prices, and independently handle orders from entry to invoicing. Thanks to your commercial training or further education and your proven professional experience in advertising technology (e.g., lettering, foiling, POS/POP implementations, etc.), you competently support our customers with your know-how. You know how to independently coordinate orders, consider production processes, monitor deadlines, and handle complaints in a solution-oriented manner.

Your profile
We are looking for a reliable, resilient, and flexible personality with a quick grasp and pronounced organizational talent. You master the MS Office programs as well as the common Adobe design programs and ideally are already familiar with industry-standard ERP systems.

Since you are in direct contact with customers, you bring very good oral and written communication skills in German and preferably also in English. Routine in handling materials, production steps, and finishing in the field of advertising technology is a central requirement for this position.
