Situated in the heart of one of the city's most beautiful parks, the Restaurant-Hôtel du Parc des Eaux-Vives offers 5 rooms and 2 junior suites with views of the lake, the park, or the tennis courts. The small manor offers a seasonal restaurant with a panoramic terrace.
The ground floor offers 4 modular private lounges. On the 1st floor, the space is fully privatizable with a meeting room, a terrace with lake view, and a bar.

As a Welcome Manager, you will be responsible for delivering authentic, personalized, and memorable experiences, leaving a lasting emotional imprint on our guests at Hôtel Métropole and Restaurant-Hôtel du Parc des Eaux-Vives, leading by example.
You will support the transition to fully cross-functional collaboration within the Welcome team, which, as One Team, manages the entire welcome journey:
from arrival at the door, to check-in, to room escort, to tailored concierge recommendations — ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement.
As a leader, you will encourage your team to grow — to embrace change, push limits, and explore new possibilities, within a One Team dynamic.
You will establish a climate of trust and open communication, enabling everyone to reach their full potential through supportive coaching and constructive feedback.

Team Leadership
Inspire, train, and develop the Welcome team to ensure exceptional and consistent service.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management to build a motivated and high-performing team.

Customer Experience Management
Oversee every stage of the customer journey — before, during, and after the stay — ensuring each interaction is authentic, personalized, and memorable.
Build strong relationships with guests, respond to their feedback with empathy, and turn every moment into a lasting memory.
Operational Excellence
Ensure smooth daily operations, promptly resolve issues, and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
Participate in budget preparation, monitor key indicators (occupancy rate, ADR, room turnover), and collaborate with the Revenue Management Director to optimize profitability.
Ensure compliance with the hotel's credit policy and safety, security, and sustainability standards.
Continuous Improvement
Regularly evaluate guest feedback and internal processes to identify areas for improvement.
Lead daily briefings and encourage open communication between teams and departments.
Train employees in upselling, cross-selling, and service excellence in line with our standards and brand values.
