Nursing Specialist HF or Health Specialist EFZ (80-100%) - limited until 30.06.2025

Your tasks:

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of care quality 
• Ensuring smooth operational processes and care procedures in daily routine 
• Participating in diagnostic, preventive, and therapeutic measures
• Assisting in managing nursing documentation (Electronic Nursing Documentation) and recording nursing services
• Assisting in the care and support of people in need of care
• Ensuring constructive collaboration with all our professional fields

Your profile:

• Completed training in the field of nursing & care at tertiary level (HF) or EFZ
• High social and professional competence
• Teamwork skills, flexibility, and resilience
• Good oral and written German skills
• Pedagogical flair
• Good IT skills, experience with BESA / EasyDok is an advantage
• Responsible, proactive, and resilient personality
