Job Description

What does your workday look like...

• You ensure smooth processes at your station, a clean kitchen, and a team that works hand in hand – even when the order list is longer

• You stand for the high standard of our food and commit our junior chefs, journeymen, and apprentices to this goal

• As a trained gastronome, you lead a station, actively support in all areas, and represent the sous-chef in their absence

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your resume...

• You have completed training as a cook and have experience as a cook / chef de partie

• You can motivate colleagues and lead a team

• You are enthusiastic about live cooking, international cuisine, and new food concepts

• You bring not only your skills but also your character
