About the job
You are the central contact person for construction projects – advising, reviewing, coordinating, and confidently accompanying projects until successful completion.
Your tasks
- You competently advise property owners as well as architects on planning and building law issues and also support them with architectural concerns.
- You organize and coordinate the building permit procedures and ensure that all necessary steps are carried out efficiently and correctly.
- You carefully review and assess submitted building applications professionally, taking into account both legal and structural aspects.
- Based on your clarifications and evaluations, you prepare well-founded proposals for the city council.
- In addition, you conduct building inspections and professionally accept completed construction projects.
Your profile
- You have a university of applied sciences degree, a higher professional diploma, or a comparable qualification in architecture, structural or civil engineering, or a related field.
- Ideally, you have completed the construction module at HSLU or are motivated to attend it.
- You bring good knowledge in the building permit area.
- Experience as a building administrator is an advantage.
- You are interested in questions related to planning as well as building and planning law.
- You are characterized by a strong customer orientation.
- You work independently, precisely, and have good organizational skills.
- You present yourself confidently, have a quick grasp, and enjoy working in a team.
- You express yourself very well both orally and in writing.
- You have very good IT skills and digital competencies.
- You are resilient, show initiative, and act proactively.
