The KiTas Bethanien are represented with five locations in Zurich: Altstetten, Fluntern, Kalkbreite, Oerlikon, and Seefeld.
Our KiTas are easily accessible by public transport. Children aged from three months to kindergarten entry are cared for in three to four age-separated standard groups. Our educational concept is based on the guiding principle: "Help me do it myself – and let me grasp to understand".
80% working days Tuesday to Friday

What you can achieve:
- You are responsible for the care and well-being of the children and accompany them in everyday life
- You conduct entry interviews and acclimatizations
- You design a varied and flexible group daily routine
- You are in regular contact with the parents and conduct parent meetings and events
- You independently lead the group team and hold regular group meetings
What you bring with you:
- Completed training as FaBe with experience or completed training in childhood pedagogy HF
- Professional experience as a group leader
- High degree of self-initiative and/or experience as a deputy
- Flair for staff management
- Structured working method and high sense of responsibility
- Appreciative and solution-oriented attitude, as well as joy in experiencing everyday life with the children
