We are looking for an outstanding leader who will significantly contribute to ensuring the success and competitiveness of Enzler Reinigungen.
Your Responsibilities
- Management of a regional site (approx. 500 employees) | Personnel management, budget responsibility, and ensuring good internal communication
- Acquisition | Responsibility for achieving sales and profit targets, promoting sales growth, identifying potential business opportunities and market prospects
- Network | Maintaining close relationships with customers, business partners, and other key stakeholders
- Project involvement | Leading projects, participating in the executive board and the Enzler Group
Your Qualifications and Skills
- Education and Training | Advanced professional examination or equivalent (Federal Diploma / Postgraduate HF), communication skills in a multinational company, entrepreneurial thinking, high commitment and efficient working style, language skills in English
- Professional Experience | Several years of leadership experience in service companies and management of larger production units, knowledge in cleaning or facility services is an advantage
- Sales flair | You have a strong interest in expanding market presence, contact network
- Independence and Responsibility | Strong communication skills, decisiveness, willingness and readiness for long-term commitment, affinity for digitalization
- Teamwork and Personal Characteristics | Necessary sensitivity in leading employees during times of change, open and transparent communication in the executive board, striving for practical and meaningful solutions, authentic personality
