About the job
The Brühlgut Foundation supports and promotes people with disabilities and offers them 134 residential places, 319 work and employment places, as well as around 40 training places in Winterthur. It operates an occupational and physiotherapy practice for people from infancy to adulthood, as well as three integrative daycare centers.
Childcare Specialist for Toddlers 80%

HOW?
- You care for and support toddlers with and without disabilities together with a certified childcare specialist EFZ.
- You collaborate with parents and maintain contacts with internal and external professional agencies.
- You work together with other daycare groups from the respective locations.
- You assist with cross-departmental events.
- You supervise interns and trainees.

- Because you have completed training as a certified childcare specialist EFZ.
- Because you bring experience in supporting and mentoring interns and trainees.
- Because you have organizational skills and flexibility.
- Because you have good IT skills and knowledge of MS Office.
- Because you communicate confidently in German, both orally and in writing.
