• Case management and counseling of asylum seekers and refugees in the area of economic and personal assistance
• Providing economic social assistance and asylum support according to SKOS guidelines and cantonal requirements
• Coordinating, clarifying, and referring to specialized agencies for issues beyond own responsibility
• Developing and implementing measures for professional and social integration
• Complete and accurate case management in the case management tool
• First point of contact for support during the initial integration of clients (language, housing search, culture, work, etc.)

• Completed education in social work at a university of applied sciences or equivalent education
• Preferably relevant professional experience, ideally in social assistance, asylum support, or integration
• Cooperation and teamwork skills
• Empathy and sensitivity in dealing with people from different cultural backgrounds
• Independent working style, initiative
• Advisory and high social competence, confident appearance and assertiveness
• Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
• Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement and criminal records)
• German | spoken: C1 | written: C1
• English | spoken: B2 | written: B2
• Additional asylum-relevant language advantageous | spoken: B2 | written: B2
