Your tasks include
- Responsible for the personnel, professional and organizational management of cleaning
- Responsible for ensuring the instruction and training of employees, handling administrative tasks related to management, and work and schedule planning
- Supervision of apprentices in Household Management EFZ/EBA
- Ensuring, implementing and monitoring the quality assurance process, further development of cleaning procedures
- Responsible for carrying out internal events in coordination with the catering management
- Responsible for quality assurance of the ward kitchens
You bring with you
- Completed training as a certified facility manager HF or similar training with successfully completed further education
- Professional and leadership experience with strong customer orientation and social skills
- Independent personality with organizational talent, business and entrepreneurial thinking
- Willingness to deliver above-average performance with high quality awareness
- Very good PC skills, good comprehension, networked excellent German skills, flawless communication in English and other languages desired
