- Completed technical training (e.g., mechanic, plant and apparatus builder)
- Further training as a process specialist or technician TS
- Professional experience in component maintenance of aircraft or industrial production/maintenance
- Experience in AVOR/work preparation or workshop management and experience with SAP systems (S4H) and MS Project is an advantage
- Good German skills and solid English skills (B2)
- Independent and responsible working style
