• You define, establish, and maintain the "Golden Path" for AI-supported software development in the SAP context – including clear standards, reference architectures, and toolchains – thereby maximizing efficiency throughout the entire development process and actively contributing to the transformation and enablement of our "Digital Core"

• You build the BTP and AI Foundation for the Technical Application Platform (TAP) SAP and continuously develop it further
• You ensure that the foundation is continuously adapted to new technologies and business requirements – including roadmap, lifecycle management, standards, and automation

• You design and establish an AI Enterprise Architecture for TAP SAP – in line with AXA CH AI principles and in close coordination with the DTI Enterprise Architecture. You define binding standards and guidelines for integrating AI capabilities into the AXA application landscape, taking into account regulations, security, and AI governance
• You collaborate with business owners, SAP product teams, and other DTI stakeholders to shape the AXA SAP strategy and translate it into actionable roadmaps
• You continuously develop our SAP Enterprise Architecture together with the architecture team – along strategic initiatives and technology trends in transversal domains (including Finance, HR, Marketing, CRM)

• You drive the introduction of AI capabilities as an incubator and establish the Golden Path in the HR, Finance, Marketing, and CRM domains – including active knowledge transfer and enablement of teams
• You support AI transformation with training, workshops, hackathons, and a community of practice – in close collaboration with solution architects, agile masters, PD, and BO IT
• You promote knowledge exchange on AI technologies and best practices and provide target images, architecture, and innovation guidelines

• You have end-to-end experience with AI use cases for SAP – from evaluation through architecture/design to implementation – as well as in connecting SAP and non-SAP applications to AI/Agentic frameworks
• You have very good knowledge of the SAP and Fioneer portfolios, especially S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and AI functionalities, as well as several years of implementation experience in various SAP modules such as CD, ICM, CRM, HCM, or alternatively SF
• You bring extensive understanding of enterprise architecture principles in the SAP context and possess comprehensive expertise and leadership experience in one or, ideally, all relevant domains for the position: CRM, Marketing, Finance, and HR
• You have a good understanding of machine learning, LLMs, generative AI, and agentic workflows; familiar with relevant tools, methods, and frameworks
• You have the ability to translate complex technology into clear, compelling stories and break it down, convincing product teams and business units through excellent communication
• You have the necessary drive and persuasiveness to effect effective changes in product teams
• You have a high learning curve and curiosity to quickly adapt new AI and SAP technologies and successfully implement them profitably in practice
• You have excellent German skills (level C2) in spoken and written form and are proficient in English
